The kitchen has undercounter bar stool seating for three and a breakfast nook with seating for up to six. A separate, formal dining room has seating for six and a wine cooler and bar area for drink service.

The dock area has a bistro table with four chairs that can be positioned to suit your family's outdoor dining preference.  There is also a bistro table for two located inside the screen enclosed pool area adjacent to the pass-thru window to the kitchen.
