Rates for two adults includes up to four children under age 17. Additional guests 17 or older increase the rate by $100 per week plus Florida tax. The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons, with the exception of guests with infant children.

North Captiva Island Beach accessible by Boat
A deposit of 25% is required when making a reservation. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Payments are non-refundable unless Villa is re-rented. If re-rented, payments will be refunded less $50. Trip cancellation insurance is available from many providers.
